Disk Shaped UFO Hovers Over Field Springfield Illinois

Time: 10:24 p.m.

Location of Sighting: North Side of Interstate 72 a few miles before Hull/Payson Exit over a field north of the road

Shape of Objects: Disk.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I was talking to my husband on the phone and looked to my right and saw what appeared to be a disk shaped object hovering in the air over a field. It appeared to be disk shaped, because I could see red, blue and white lights around it. I told my husband I was going to pull over to look at it and try to get a photo on my cell phone.

After I pulled over, I watched the disk for what seemed like a minute or so and then it started moving straight up and flew over my vehicle and flew to the southwest. I had trouble getting my phone camera to work and finally got a picture, but the object was pretty far away by then so I didn't expect anything to show up in the photo.

Later when I looked at the photo, there was a small round light to the side of the photo. Also, when I was taking the picture of the object when it was going southwest, I put my window down and could hear what sounded like a plane, but with an extra sound that was not familiar to me.

I am familiar with the sound of helicopters as the hospital helicopter flies over our house frequently, and it did not sound like a helicopter. The lights on the side of the object appeared to be well defined head or tail lights and appeared only to be on the bottom of the object.

Diamond Shaped UFO Observed Near Lyons Lllinois

Time: Evening.

Me and my boyfriend where in our balcony joking around and having a conversation, since there is no buildings near us, and there is a forest preserve right behind us. I could see the sky very clearly that night. There was no clouds in sight and it was a very clear sky night. I remember us looking at the half-moon when out of no where an object with flames or jet like orange glow came towards us.

It looked almost like a shooting star but really big and close. For a moment I thought it was a plane on fire, but as it got close it look like a diamond shape object with flames in the back and non-flashing lights on the sides. Me, and another neighbor saw it. We ran out to check and we didn't hear anything, no crash!. The object made no noise, it was silent. It looked like it was going downward to like crash or something. What the heck was that?

Football Field Shaped Object Around 20 Miles North Of Tampa Florida

Date: Late Summer 2008 and early Fall 2008.

Time: Approx: 2:00 p.m.

Location of Sighting: 20 miles north of Tampa, FL.
Number of witnesses: 1
Number of Objects: 1
Shape of Objects: Rectangular.

Full Description of Event/Sighting: I think I saw the same thing that someone else has posted. It was a football field shape and about 200 feet high and 1/4 mile in-front of me moving across the 589 Tollway. The one I saw did not have bright lights, it was black and white and you could see through it. I think it was the same thing and maybe something for advertising, but I really would want to know what it was. There were no airplanes around it and it made no sound.

It did look like something that would be pulled behind an airplane and it wasn't. I also saw it maybe 4 miles south of Tampa later in the year, but there was no apparent way to get to where it was. It seemed to be the same position, maybe 200 feet in the air, but not moving this time. It was stationary. Well, let me know if anyone else has seen this thing and let me know what it is.
